In November 2023 Spring Lake, North Carolina proudly unveiled its first mural, a stirring masterpiece entitled “Home of the Airborne.” This monumental artwork captures the essence of the town’s identity, showcasing paratroopers in action against the backdrop of an enormous American flag. The mural not only serves as a visual spectacle but stands as a powerful tribute to the town’s deep-rooted connection with the airborne forces.
