Wow! What a fantastic project this was. Ten days. 60+ volunteers. 20 gallons of paint. We recently completed this beauty for UNC’s Institute of Marine Sciences, and couldn’t be happier with the response. This was truly a treasure to work on. The faculty of the IMS, as well as Arts Everywhere went above and beyond to accommodate for this project, and it shows in how well the final product came out.
The final image measures 60′ x 44′. We did three information sessions with the faculty of the IMS to gather just the right mix of details to insert into the mural, and we were overjoyed when the same faculty showed up in paint gear to tackle their specialty right on the wall!
